Why just good?
The word good captures two definitions for us. The first comes from the Hebrew word tov and can quickly be found in Moses’s literary masterpiece Genesis. As each day of creation came to completion, God would describe his work as tov, meaning beautiful, purposeful, and full of potential.
We believe every human being is beautiful, destined for a great purpose, and full of potential.
Good also shapes our vision and who we choose to partner with. We are deeply interested in serving businesses that want to serve others.
Businesses on a mission to do good.
This is why good is enough for us.
Good [tov] means beautiful, purposeful, and full of potential.
Note from the Founder
When I set out to become a brand identity strategist, I’d never thought this is where I would land. Helping brands tell their story and position themselves uniquely in the market was exhilarating, and watching good companies win was good for my soul.
But behind every great brand I had the joy of partnering with was a passionate team that loved what they did and who they did it for, so when I was invited to lead my first team rallying workshop, it unlocked something in myself that would forever change me.
I hope you experience something profound when partnering with us, an unlocking of potential you never thought was possible. Whether that’s a vision for your future, a team that gets you to the next level, or intentional 1-on-1 coaching to grow your leadership impact and influence, we are dedicated to helping you and your teams grow. It is our joy to see good teams win, we take pride in the transformational power of coaching and seeing you succeed.

Ben Ewing, Director of Product Integration & Commercialization for Cadwell
Working with Andrew and the Good Coaching Company was exactly what my team needed. As the new U.S.-based leader of an Australian and loosely structured product team at Seer Medical, I was navigating high uncertainty with an urgent need for clarity. Andrew brought a personal, deeply engaged approach that helped us quickly establish clear roles, a shared language, and stronger team alignment—all in just a half-day session. His impact was immediate and meaningful, and gave us the foundation to define the needed product and make a successfully deal with a new ownership group to bring it back to market.

Brad Sutton, Lead Pastor of Beyond Church
Working with Andrew has given me confidence to lead toward the vision I have for our church. From our engaging discussions, I am excited about our strengths, aware of our challenges, and have a plan for our future that inspires me. His exercises helped our team really catch the vision of who we are trying to be and learn how we can communicate it with the rest of our church.
